We welcome new vendors every weekend. Whether you are cleaning out your garage, selling farm goods, or running a small business, there is a place for you at Lee County Flea Market.
We do not take reservation over the phone.
We offer two types of spaces:
- Outside tables: $15.00 per day. Please note: that the rental space is strictly 8 by 10 feet starting at the back of the table. PLEASE NOTE - If you go beyond these dimensions, it will incur an extra charge of $15 per additional 10 feet.
- Covered tables with electricity: 25.00 per day. No products are allowed in front of the table.
All table rentals are per day and are collected on‑site. Payment is cash only.
How to Rent an Outside Table
- On Fridays, for vendors only, the main gate opens at 12:00 noon (EST) for reserving outside tables.
- Some tables have orange tape on one leg. These tables are not available because they have been rented for the month by another vendor.
- To reserve an available outside table, place a tarp on the table and secure it with rope or bungee cords.
- Do not use nails staples or screws on the tables, and do not place rocks or heavy objects on top to hold the tarp. Anything other than rope or bungee cords is unacceptable and may result in you losing your table.
- Be at your reserved table by 7:00 am (EST). If you’re not at your reserved table by 7:00 am (EST), we will assume you’re not coming and the table could rented to another vender. Your tarp with be folded and placed under the table.
- Rent for outside tables will be collected Saturday and Sunday morning at your table.
- We accept Cash only.
How to Rent a Covered Table (With Electricity)
- Covered tables can only be rented at the office on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
- The office opens at 7:00 a.m. (EST).
- Rent for covered tables is 25.00 per day, due when the table is assigned.
- Do not set up or park at any covered table before you have rented it.
- Please park in the main parking lot until your covered table is assigned, then move your vehicle and begin setting up in your designated space.
